Job Description

As a Senior People and Culture Partner, you will be a trusted stakeholder delivering expert HR support and guidance across our stores and Headquarters in Japan. You'll manage employee relations, talent development, and performance management while fostering a positive and compliant work environment.

Description

  • Provide timely HR support and coaching to managers and employees
  • Lead employee relations cases and investigations with People Practices
  • Support performance management and career development initiatives
  • Assist in workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies
  • Collaborate with payroll, finance, and other departments to enhance employee experience
  • Ensure compliance with policies, local laws, and accurate HR data management

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR systems (e.g., Workday)
  • High personal accountability, integrity, and openness to feedback
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a people-first approach
