Job Description
As a Senior People and Culture Partner, you will be a trusted stakeholder delivering expert HR support and guidance across our stores and Headquarters in Japan. You'll manage employee relations, talent development, and performance management while fostering a positive and compliant work environment.

Description
- Provide timely HR support and coaching to managers and employees
- Lead employee relations cases and investigations with People Practices
- Support performance management and career development initiatives
- Assist in workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies
- Collaborate with payroll, finance, and other departments to enhance employee experience
- Ensure compliance with policies, local laws, and accurate HR data management
