Job Description
本ポジションは、上場不動産投資法人（J-REIT）の経理・税務・開示業務を担当するファンドコントローラー職です。月次・年次決算、財務諸表作成、有価証券報告書・決算短信などの開示資料作成、監査対応、税務申告など、J-REITの運営における経理・財務の中核を担っていただきます。

職務内容
- ファンド管理業務全般の実行および監督
- 月次および四半期ごとの財務報告書の作成
- 外部および内部監査対応のサポート
- 投資家向けのレポートやデータ分析の提供
- 財務システムの管理と効率化
- 予算管理および予測業務の補助
- 関連する法規制の遵守とリスク管理の実施
- クロスファンクショナルチームとの連携
