上場不動産投資法人（上場REIT）・不動産私募ファンドのアクイジション業務
【業務内容】
公募リートおよび私募ファンドに組み入れる投資用不動産のアクイジション業務全般（ディスポジション業務を含む）
●新規案件のアンダーライティング、デューデリジェンス業務、プレゼンテーション資料の作成、ドキュメンテーション、クロージング業務
●経験によっては、物件のソーシング、新規投資家開拓、金融機関からのファイナンス業務を担当

●四年生大学卒以上
●不動産業（不動産会社、不動産ファンド等）、金融業のいずれかの業界で勤務経験を有する方
●アクイジション業務の経験者が望ましいが、未経験者も歓迎
●Excel、PowerPoint、WordなどのPCスキルを有している方
