【業務内容】

• グローバルProduction Supportチームとの協働により、既存ERP（SAP ECC/R3）システムの保守・改善

• ユーザー業務の分析、業務改善につながるITソリューション提案・実行

• ビジネス用語とシステム用語の橋渡し

• アジャイル的アプローチで優先度と課題整理

• ERP変更に伴う業務プロセス変革のリード

• 各種周辺システム（EC、B2Bポータルなど）の影響を加味したEnd-to-Endプロセス管理

• 監査基準に準拠したプロセスコントロール支援

• 将来的なSAP S/4HANA導入プロジェクトへの中核メンバーとして参画

Position Summary

• Title: SAP IT Business Process Analyst

• Location: Tokyo, 23 Wards

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

• Salary: ¥9,000,000 – ¥11,000,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

• Industry: Fashion / Apparel

• Languages: Japanese and English – Business Level

About the Role

As an IT Business Process Analyst, you will work closely with global SAP teams to implement and enhance ERP application standards in the Japan office.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ongoing ERP transformation, including future SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring business needs are aligned with global IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global Production Support to maintain and enhance the ERP (SAP ECC/R/3) system

• Analyze business operations to identify improvement opportunities and deliver IT solutions

• Bridge business and technical language to ensure accuracy and understanding

• Communicate priorities clearly using Agile approaches

• Escalate critical issues and ensure proper resolution

• Support Process Controlling to meet audit requirements

• Act as lead business analyst in upcoming SAP S/4HANA implementation

• Monitor end-to-end processes affected by satellite systems (e-commerce, B2B, etc.)

• Drive operational change as a result of system improvements

【応募資格】

必須条件：

• グローバルテンプレートによるSAP導入経験（ECCまたはR/3）

• SAP SD（Order to Cash）領域の実装経験

• ビジネスプロセスアナリストまたはアプリ開発領域での経験3年以上

• 中規模ITアプリケーションプロジェクトの参画経験

• 業務要件の深掘り・分析スキル

• 部門横断のユーザー巻き込み・リード経験

• 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル

• 日本での就労許可がある方

歓迎条件：

• SAP MM（購買）、PP（生産計画）領域の知識

• SAPと他システム（EC／CRM／予測／EDIなど）との連携経験

• S/4HANA経験（あれば尚可）

• チームマネジメントやプロジェクトリード経験

• SAPコンサルタントとしての業務経験（ロジスティクス領域）

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Proven SAP implementation experience (ECC or R/3)

• Solid background in SAP SD (Order to Cash)

• 3+ years as a Business Process Analyst or IT Applications Developer

• Experience leading or contributing to mid-sized ERP projects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to translate business needs into system specs

• Japanese and English – Business level

• Valid work authorization in Japan

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in SAP MM or PP

• Background in e-commerce, CRM, forecasting, or EDI integration

• Leadership or team management experience

• SAP consulting experience in logistics domains

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA projects is a plus
