Job Description

業界：自動車部品

 

業務内容：
■輸入管理 

・商品の輸入プロセスの監督・管理 

・必要書類（船荷証券、請求書、梱包明細書、税関申告書など）の作成・確認

・国際サプライヤー、船会社、税関当局と連携し、円滑な通関と関連法令の遵守確保 

・国際サプライヤーからの出荷を追跡・監視、納期調整 

■調達計画 

・会社のニーズと予算に沿って、材料・備品・設備の調達プロセスを管理 

・発注、適切な在庫レベルの維持 

・生産・営業・物流などの社内チームと連携し、需要予測と材料のタイムリーな確保の徹底 

・発注を追跡・監視し、納期遅延や不一致などの問題への対応 

・サプライヤーのパフォーマンスを定期的に評価し、納期、製品品質、顧客対応などの確認

 

必須スキル：
■原材料や電子部品の輸入調達・ソーシングにおける4〜5年の経験 

■輸入手続き、調達規則、契約法に関する知識 

■日常会話レベル以上の英語力 

■国籍を問わず積極的な社内、社外コミュニケーションをとれる方

 

歓迎スキル：
■電気工学、機械工学、または関連分野の学士号 

■ワイヤーハーネスの知識 

■関連する業界の知識

 

選考プロセス：
書類選考→1次面接→2次面接
