Take the lead as Head of HR at a cutting-edge automotive manufacturer driving innovation in EV and autonomous vehicle technology. You will manage all aspects of human resources, labor relations, and HR strategy, working closely with the Board of Directors to shape company-wide policies. This role provides an opportunity to influence organizational growth, enhance employee development, and build HR frameworks that support technological leadership in the automotive industry.
Oversee recruitment, labor relations, and performance evaluation systems
Design and manage training programs for talent development
Improve and systematize HR business processes for operational efficiency
Formulate and promote HR strategies to strengthen organizational structure
Provide operational support across all HR functions
