サプライヤーとの価格交渉、契約管理、品質・納期・コンプライアンス対応など、裁量をもって幅広い業務を担当していただきます。

東京オフィスの立ち上げを担うエキサイティングなお仕事です。

• ロボティクス部品や工業部材のサプライヤー選定・交渉
• 発注書の実行、出荷管理、納期の確保
• サプライヤーとの関係構築・契約管理、品質や納期、コンプライアンスなどのトラブル解決
• 社内規定や業界水準・法令のコンプライアンス対応

Join a fast-growing robotics startup as a Bilingual Procurement & Purchasing Specialist, where you will play a vital role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships for robotics components and industrial parts. As part of the foundation team, you will work closely with veteran entrepreneurs who have made a significant impact in the global tech industry while supporting the company's mission to create innovative solutions for Japan's workforce.

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for robotics and industrial components.
• Execute purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, manage contracts, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• サプライヤーとの関係構築力、ベンダーマネジメント能力
• 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理できること

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、交渉力
• 高度な分析力

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：流暢（読み書き会話）

• 製造業・半導体分野に強いベンダーとの人脈、ネットワークがあれば尚可
