Job Description
＜業務内容＞
農業領域における産地の課題を科学的知見を用いて解決していく、データサイエンティストとしての業務を担当いただきます。
産地には、選果データ、肥料データ、気象データ、土壌データ等、有効活用しきれていないビッグデータが膨大に存在します。これらを用いた解析を手掛けることで、農産物の品質・収量向上や施肥体系の最適化等を支援し、産地全体の活性化に貢献します。
業務は、生産者の方達とのコミュニケーションから始まり、提案、導入のサポート、プロジェクトの管理など、実際に産地に訪問して、進めていきます。
▼具体的な業務内容
＜データサイエンティスト業務＞
①Pythonを用いたデータ解析（データの見える化・グラフ化。Google Colaboratoryを使用）
・データ前処理（カラムのグループ分け処理・時系列データ処理）
・グラフ化（散布図、折線図、棒グラフ、2軸グラフ、近似線・平均線・コメントの挿入など）
②解析結果のレポート作成
・解析方法、解析ロジックなどの説明資料の作成
・解析データの整理
③クライアントとの定例会議
・クライアントの要件整理
・会議Agendaの作成および進捗報告

・農学、生物学などに関わったことがある方
・製造業の技術、品質部門にて業務経験ある方
・プロジェクトのリード経験
