【業務内容】
現地法人および日本人・ローカルスタッフを含むチーム全体のマネジメントをお任せします。
現地運営に関わる幅広い業務に携わりながら、日本本社との連携や事業の拡大に貢献いただきます。
＜主な業務＞
- 日本本社の営業チームとの調整・連携
- 現地ガイドの育成やスケジュール管理
- 現地ツアーの運営、進行チェック
- その他関連業務
＜海外転勤の可能性あり＞
アジア諸国、オセアニアに転勤の可能性があります。
