∟PoC（概念実証）設計・実行支援、ユーザーインタビュー・プロトタイピング、成功指標の設定と進捗管理の仕組みづくり 等
・事業化・拡大フェーズ
∟事業計画書の作成支援、投資家や経営層への説明資料、資金調達用のピッチ資料など、マーケティング戦略立案、組織・体制構築支援 等
