【 Job Description 】

■Overview
The company's mission is "individual empowerment." They operate one of Japan's largest crowdsourcing platforms, which connects freelancers with companies.
Moving beyond freelance support, they've launched a new business that provides technical assistance for corporate DX (Digital Transformation). This includes AWS implementation support, system development, and infrastructure optimization to help clients solve their challenges.
With expanding market demand, the company is looking for a core member to lead the business from a cloud engineering perspective. This role involves working with a diverse range of clients across various industries, providing end-to-end support from requirements definition to design, implementation, and operation.
As an AWS Cloud Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting business growth by leading cloud optimization, strengthening the SRE domain, and managing AWS infrastructure design and operations.

■Responsibilities
・Designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure using the AWS platform.
・Deploying applications that leverage serverless architecture and container technologies.
・Optimizing performance and managing costs.
・Participating in upstream processes such as requirements definition and basic design.
・Project management, which includes managing progress, issues, risks, and team members.

■Position Highlights
・Lead the Charge in AWS & Cloud Infrastructure: The company's new ventures are driving infrastructure optimization and cloud-native system development with AWS. You'll work on projects that have a significant social impact, such as supporting enterprise AWS migrations and designing SRE frameworks, all while deepening your cloud expertise.

・Work on High-Impact Projects: You'll join DX promotion projects for government agencies and major corporations, including the AWS migration for the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. This is a leadership position where you'll lead infrastructure building and optimization with AWS, which will substantially enhance your skills as an AWS Cloud Engineer by providing you with experience in enterprise-scale cloud implementation.

・Scale Teams by Collaborating with Freelancers: A unique aspect of working here is that projects are managed with the assumption that you'll collaborate with freelance engineers. As an AWS Cloud Engineer, you'll gain invaluable experience in scaling projects by designing and executing strategies for leveraging freelance talent.

■Allowances
・Commuting Allowance: Actual costs are paid for commuting days, up to ¥30,000 per month.
・Proximity Allowance: This allowance of up to ¥20,000 replaces the commuting allowance if you live within a specified radius of the head office and are not receiving commuting expenses.
(1) Within 2km of the head office: ¥20,000
(2) Within 3km of the head office: ¥15,000

■Required
Experience in designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure on AWS (3+ years)
Project leadership experience
Client work experience

■Preferred
Practical experience with DevOps
Experience developing serverless architectures
Knowledge of generative AI
Cloud-related certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
