- プロジェクトレベルで提供されるコーディングガイドラインの遵守
- ペアプログラミングによるコードレビューとユニットテストケースの作成
- システムテストケースの作成とテスト証拠の記録
- 不具合修正サポートと根本原因分析

- Active Workspace (AWC)、プログラム計画、変更管理、構造管理などTeamcenterアプリケーションモジュールに関する深い知識
- C++プログラミングおよびSOA実装の実務経験
- Teamcenter AWC、SOA、ITKにおけるカスタマイズ・設定の経験
- アジャイル、ウォーターフォール等のSDLCプロセスに関する基礎知識
- 英語力必須（会話・文書作成含む）
- SVN、Jiraその他のソフトウェア開発ツールの使用経験
言語：日本語はネイティブレベル、英語はビジネスレベル。
