Job Description
- 경리 업무를 중심으로, 총무·재무 등 관리 부문 전반 운영에 관한 매니지먼트를 맡깁니다. 결산, 자금 및 예산 관리까지, 경영 관련해서 폭 넓게 경험하실 수 있습니다.
- 전반적인 결산 업무
- 세무신고서 작성 보조, 감사법인 대응
- 현금관리, 점포매출관리
- 경비정산, 청구서관리, 매입관리, 세금납부관리
- 자금관리업무
- 예산계획 입안, 관리회계 자료 작성
- 오피스 관리, 비품 발주, 안전위생관리 등의 총무업무(일부)
- 백오피스 업무의 업무개선(BPR)
- 3년 이상의 결산 관련 실무경험
- Excel 중상급자
- 경영관리 전반에 대한 관심·이해가 있으신 분
- 고용형태 : 정규직
- 채용시기 : 면접 후 협의
- 근무지 : 서울시 강남구/선정릉역(지하철9호선) 도보3분 거리
- 근무시간 : 주 5일(월-금), 10:00 – 19:00
