JAC’s client is an international company looking for a Wealth Management Director position.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
    
Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily front-office operations to ensure alignment with company objectives and client satisfaction.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and client base in Vietnam.

• Provide personalized consultation and tailored financial solutions to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).

• Manage product offerings related to overseas financial services including foreign asset investments, international insurance, estate management, and trust services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and localization of international financial products.

• Establish KPIs and monitor performance across departments to drive business success.

• Maintain regular communication with immigration service providers to facilitate client referrals and information sharing.

• Identify and develop partnerships with local and international financial institutions to expand market reach.

   

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in finance, banking, or asset management, especially in overseas divisions or foreign-invested institutions in Vietnam.

• At least 5 years in management roles with proven experience in building and leading new teams.

• Proven track record in managing and selling international financial products.

• Strong network of contacts and excellent interpersonal skills; outgoing and expressive personality.

• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

• Fluency in English and Vietnamese; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
