業務内容：
・品質マネジメントシステム（QMS）の構築・運用（IATF 16949、ISO 9001など）
・顧客監査・社内外監査の対応と品質文書の管理 ・品質問題の原因分析と是正・予防措置（8D、RCA、CAPA）
・QAチームの指導・教育と品質意識の向上
・製造工程・完成品の監査と品質指標（KPI）の改善活動 ・国内出張（主にチェンナイ）
必須スキル：
■QAチームの管理経験
■電気工学、品質管理、または関連分野の学士号
■日常会話レベル以上の英語力
■国籍を問わず積極的な社内、社外コミュニケーションをとれる方
歓迎スキル：
■ワイヤーハーネス製造工程と品質基準に関する深い知識
■ISO 9001、IATF 16949の知識
選考プロセス：
書類選考→1次面接→2次面接
