金融機関の業務プロセスを深く理解し、最適な業務運用の構築を支援するプロフェッショナルを募集。本ポジションで
は、金融機関の AsIs（現行）業務プロセスの可視化・標準化を推進し、システム・サービスの選定や PoC（概念
実証）を含めたプロジェクトをリードしていただく。
金融機関の業務プロセスを理解・可視化
●現行の業務プロセスや運用フローを分析し、全体像を把握
●フロー図やドキュメントを活用し、業務の可視化を実施
業務プロセスの標準化と改善提案
●金融機関内のステークホルダーと協働し、共通部分・個別部分を整理
●標準の業務プロセスや運用フローを定義し、業務の効率化を推進
システム・サービスの選定・適用検証
●定義した業務プロセスに適合するシステム・サービスを選定
●システム・サービスベンダーと連携し、業務適用の可否を検証
● PoC（概念実証）を通じて、適用可能性を評価
プロジェクト企画・管理
●全体の企画立案、プロジェクトマネジメント
●計画通りの実行を推進し、円滑なプロジェクト進行を支援
求められるスキル・経験
●金融機関における業務プロセスの理解・可視化の経験
●ステークホルダーとの調整・折衝能力
●システム・サービスの選定や PoC の実施経験
●プロジェクトマネジメントのスキル（PM/PMO 経験者歓迎）
●問合せ管理システムの導入経験（Jira・JSM 経験者歓迎）
●ワークフローシステムの導入経験
