タイで30年以上にわたり旅行サービスを提供してきた企業での、支店長代理ポジションです。長年の経験で培われた強固な基盤を活かし、管理職としてスタッフのマネジメントから大型ツアーの企画・コーディネートまで、幅広い業務に携わっていただきます。
仕事内容：
■日本人およびタイ人スタッフのマネジメント。
■事業計画の進捗管理、および日本本社への定期的な報告・連携。
■日本人およびタイ人ガイドスタッフの育成・指導。
■トレンドに基づいたツアーおよびパッケージ商品の企画立案。（※営業業務は日本本社が担当）
■ホテル、航空券、各種チケット（現地観光ツアー、イベント等）の手配。
■法人顧客の会議、イベント、視察旅行などの企画・運営サポート。
■タイへの渡航者に対する各種サポート業務。
応募資格：
【必須条件】
■旅行会社勤務経験者
■マネージメント経験者
■海外転勤可能な方（アジア及びオセアニア地域）
※3～6年に1度を目安（人員の動向により変動有）
