As an Adaption Writer, you will play a key role in localizing and transcreating English scripts into culturally relevant Japanese content. • Localize and transcreate English scripts into Japanese with cultural accuracy and impact.
• Perform quality assurance by reviewing and editing AI-adapted content for accuracy, tone, and cultural fit.
• Develop adaptation standards and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Contribute creative insights to enhance storytelling and user engagement.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• メディア・エンターテインメントのローカリゼーション経験3年以上
• 多様なオーディエンスを対象としたアダプテーション経験
• スクリプトライティング・編集経験（特に音声・エンタメコンテンツ）

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：流暢

• プロジェクトマネジメント（特にリモート環境でのチームマネジメント・進行管理スキル）

• デジタルメディアや配信プラットフォームでのローカリゼーション経験
