トランスバーサル領域（80％）：リーダーシップ研修、ソフトスキル開発の企画・運営
免疫領域（20％）：導入研修の管理（ベンダーマネジメント、Exit評価）
グローバルとの連携によるコンテンツローカライズ・展開
社内関係者との調整・ニーズ把握
研修効果の測定・改善提案
その他L&D関連プロジェクトの推進
Job Offer
勤務形態：月10日まで在宅勤務可（試用期間中も可）
勤務時間：1日7.5時間／フレックスタイム制（コアタイムあり）
休日・休暇：完全週休2日制（土日祝）、年末年始、有給休暇、その他特別休暇
