【仕事内容】
1. Si基板，ガラス基板などの難加工性材料に対し研削と研磨および洗浄のプロセス開発を行う．
2. 上記の研削・研磨プロセス開発において開発デバイスごとにプロセス条件出しや最適化を行う．
3. 上記の研削・研磨プロセスに関わる技術の量産移管や歩留り改善・生産性向上などの生産技術改善を行う．
4. 上記研削・研磨に関わる新規設備の導入および立ち上げ作業を行う．
5 研削・研磨の技術および市場トレンドを洞察し,今後の開発方向性を見出す.
