While not expected to be hands-on with the tools, the candidate should have a solid grasp of modern workplace technologies—including remote and on-premise collaboration platforms, meeting solutions, and end-user support systems—in order to effectively guide and support their team’s operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as this role involves close collaboration with technical teams, business units, and support functions to ensure high service quality and continuous improvement in digital workplace capabilities.
