【求人概要】
日本株運用チームに所属するセクターアナリストとして、ファンドパフォーマンス向上への貢献を期待しています。具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。
◆担当セクター（運輸セクター）の企業の業績予想及び企業価値を算定
→公開資料、直接取材、施設見学等などで調査を行い、レポートなどで情報を発信して頂きます。
◆企業毎の投資判断
→上記のファンダメンタルズ分析を元に投資判断を行い、ファンドマネジャーに提案して頂きます。
◆スチュワードシップ活動
→ESG項目を含む企業の課題を把握し、企業と建設的な対話を行い、中長期的な企業価値の向上を目指します。
◆顧客などへの報告業務
→アセットオーナーやコンサルなどに対し、成果の報告や調査方針について説明をして頂き、当社の優位性をアピールして頂きます。
【年俸】
700万円～1,100万円

◆PCスキル：中級（Word,Excel,PowerPoint等の基本的なスキル）
◆英会話・英作文・英文読解：ビジネスレベル
【歓迎要件】
◆CMAまたはCFA資格保有
