AI × DX IT Project Leader Exclusive job

You will lead projects end-to-end (from PoC to MVP to production), working directly with clients and global teams. This is a highly visible role where you will bridge business and technology, manage delivery, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Strategy Design – Map appropriate AI technologies to client business goals and create roadmaps for value validation.
   
• Project Leadership & Management – Lead requirements definition, progress tracking, and risk management using agile methods such as AI × Scrum. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward.
   
• Financial & Client Management – Share progress and challenges, manage scope and budgets, and build strong trust with clients.
   
• Long-Term Account Management – Identify new challenges after project delivery and propose solutions, ensuring continuous client value.
   
• Global Collaboration – Partner with offshore development and operations teams to deliver projects in an international environment.

Required Experience & Skills

Must have (one of the following):

• Project management, project leadership, or requirements definition experience in web, mobile, or enterprise system development projects.
   
• Practical project management experience using tools such as Jira or Git.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Hands-on use of generative AI tools, such as:
   
  • Cursor: source analysis, automated code reviews, prototype validation.
     
  • Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini: requirements drafting, risk analysis reports, automated meeting summaries.
     
  • GitHub Copilot / Copilot Chat: test case generation, technical research notes.
     
  • PowerBI Edge Copilot: real-time KPI dashboard updates.
     
• Experience creating business transformation roadmaps.
   
• Demonstrated ability to deliver long-term client value and increase LTV.
   
• Process management experience.
   
• Data-driven decision-making experience.
