An insurance subsidiary of one of the world's largest banks is seeking a Bilingual Web Application Engineer. This role will focus on web application development, system operations, and IT security in a fast-paced, global environment. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to design and deliver scalable solutions, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance across critical platforms.

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications aligned with business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Manage and support servers, OS, middleware, frameworks, and databases
• Ensure application security, stability, and performance through testing and best practices

必須条件経験・資格：

• Webアプリケーション開発経験5年以上
• サーバー技術（Apache, IIS）、OS（Linux, Windows）、ミドルウェア（Tomcat, WAS）、フレームワーク（Spring, React等）の経験3年以上
• データベース（Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB等）の経験3年以上
• 日本の就労許可（必須）

• 問題解決能力・コミュニケーション力・マルチタスク能力
  多文化環境における柔軟な対応力

• 日本語：流暢（母国語でない場合はN1相当）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• GitHub、JIRA、ServiceNow などの使用経験
• ITセキュリティ・認証技術（SAML, OTP等） の知識
• API開発/統合経験（REST, SOAP）
• テスト自動化・性能テスト（例: Selenium） の経験

• 5+ years in web application development
• 3+ years with server technologies (Apache, IIS), operating systems (Linux, Windows), middleware (Tomcat, WAS), and frameworks (Spring, React, etc.)
• 3+ years with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural, fast-paced environments

• Japanese: Fluent (N1 or native-level)
• English: Business level

• Experience with GitHub, JIRA, ServiceNow
• Knowledge of IT security, user authentication (SAML, OTP)
• API development/integration experience (REST, SOAP)
• Exposure to test automation and performance testing (e.g., Selenium)
