日本市場のEC戦略と運営をリードし、売上目標達成に向けて社内外の関係者と連携します。サイトの収益管理や最適化も担当します。

職務内容
- ECの年間事業計画と予算の策定・実行
- ECサイト（自社および3rdパーティ）のP＆L管理と運営
- 小売、マーケティング、商品管理、HQとの連携
- ベンダー管理およびサイトのメンテナンス・改善
- SEM、SEOを含むデジタルマーケティング活動の推進
- データ分析と報告、業務改善提案
- 3〜4名のチームの育成・マネジメント

Required Skills
- 大卒以上、ビジネスレベルの英語力
- EC事業の運営・戦略経験とP＆L管理経験がある方
- Salesforce Commerce CloudやMarketing Cloudの経験があれば尚可
- ZOZOやLOCONDO等の外部プラットフォームの経験歓迎
- デジタルマーケティングの知識と代理店との連携経験
- 分析力、コミュニケーション力、組織力が高い方
- 多忙な環境でのマルチタスク管理が可能な方
