組織改革や人材育成の実行支援を担い、クライアントへの提案や資料作成、案件受注に向けた関係構築を行いながら、組織・人材コンサルティングを推進します。

職務内容
組織・人材コンサルティングチームの一員として、組織改革や人材育成などの実務推進を担います。クライアントとの関係構築や案件受注に向けた提案・提案書作成を行い、関係者とのリレーションづくりも担います。
条件・待遇
