■業務詳細
・海外関係会社の経営基盤の強化に向けた会社経営の監督、支援
・海外関係会社の利益計画および設備投資計画の策定のとりまとめと進捗管理
・年次、四半期、月次での予実管理と損益分析
・海外関係会社に関する重要な社内審議プロセスのとりまとめ
・海外関係会社の方針策定と展開の支援
・海外勤務候補者を対象とする教育の運営
・各部署と海外関係会社との調整、支援、本社方針の海外関係会社への展開
・海外合弁先との関係維持、各種調整
