【業務内容】
人事制度および権利に関するプロジェクトの企画立案から、それらのマネジメント、さらにはPMO（プロジェクトマネジメントオフィス）としてプロジェクトの標準化と「見える化」を推進する役割を担っています。
これらの業務を念頭に置いて、ステークホルダーと一緒に人事領域における課題の発見や解決の検討を行い、解決のために現場と一帯になってプロジェクトを推進していきます。
企画から効果測定まで一気通貫した経験を任される可能性があり、人事としてよりダイナミックに活躍したい方に適している立場です。
