Job Description
航空貨物輸出関連サービスの顧客対応(法⼈営業)を担当頂きます。
■既存顧客の契約の維持・拡⼤
■顧客ニーズに合わせたサービス提案
■顧客との調整
■売上達成
■顧客情報の管理・整理
■顧客と⻑期的な関係の構築・維持【ご提案頂くサービス】
■航空貨物代理店業務
■貨物利⽤運送 業務(輸出)
⼊社後しばらくはお客様対応や他部⾨との調整を主体的に遂⾏いただき、将来的に、若⼿社員への指導（OJT社 員・メンター）や、将来の部署内の営業の「要」として期待します（ご経験によっては、成⽥でカスタマーサービス業務を数ヶ⽉担当 の後に本社勤務となる場合もあります）
