【仕事内容】
1.電子機器向けサーマルソリューションの研究および次世代冷却技術の開発サポート。
2.コールドプレートや熱交換器など液冷部品の設計・試作・評価。
3.伝熱分析・熱解析を用いた熱設計のサポート。
4.3D・2D図面作成を通じた冷却部品の構造設計および応力解析。
5.設計構造を実現させるための加工サプライヤとの調整および交渉。
6.試作品の性能評価のための実験の計画および実行。

Required Skills
【必須条件】
- 機械工学、熱工学、エネルギー工学に関する基本的な知識。
- 材料工学、半導体工学、電気工学など周辺技術に関する基本的な知識。
- COMSOL、FLOTHERM、CATIAなどの設計・解析ツールに関する知識と経験。
- IT業界または自動車業界での熱設計の経験3年以上。
- 半導体レベル、電子パッケージレベル、システムレベルでの冷却ソリューションの設計・開発の経験があると望ましい。
- 液冷システムの評価系構築の経験があると望ましい。
【歓迎条件】
- 問題解決能力を有しており、自立して設計・試作・評価業務を遂行可能な方
- 機械工学または熱工学専攻出身の方が大歓迎
【語学】
- 日本語：ビジネスレベル
