他部門や開発パートナー、研究機関などと国内外問わず協業し、自動運転・運転支援システムにおける業務を行います。自動運転・運転支援システムに関するポジション/チームは複数ありますが、希望と適性をみてアサインメントを判断いたします。
部署内はフラットで、兼務等の形で複数のPJ/チームに跨る形で参画することも可能です。
主な職務内容
- 認識器モデル、プランナーモデル、E2E モデルの開発
- 認識アルゴリズムの ECU へのデプロイ
- モデルの再学習および性能評価・検証

Required Skills
必須条件経験・資格 :
- 機械学習を用いた認識技術・制御技術の研究・開発経験（いずれか3年以上）
- オブジェクト認識・信号・標識認識・Lane認識 AI モデルの開発
- AIモデルの経路制御適用
- AIモデルの認識から制御まで End-to-End 適用
- AIモデル最適化
- ※モビリティ業界の経験は必ずしも不問
- Data/MLOps構築および運用の経験
- 大規模システムの開発経験（経験3年以上）
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- 自動運転、安全運転支援システムに関する知識・開発経験、組み込みコード実装の経験（経験3年以上）
- カメラ、レーダー、ライダー、ソナーなどセンサーに関する基礎知識または実務経験
- 実車を用いた自動運転/運転支援機能の機能評価の経験
- 自ら問題を分析し課題を定義し解決策を提案するスキルがあること
- 最先端の認識技術開発スキルと商品化の経験
- 大量の GPU リソースを活用した AI モデル開発の経験
- 認識から制御までの End-to-End 機械学習モデルの開発
