仕事内容：
General Manager として営業業務から会社運営まで幅広く携わっていただきます。
【具体的には】
■タイ拠点の管理、運営全般
■本社社長との戦略会議（月1回）
■現状分析、アクションプランの立案、実行
■ナショナルスタッフの教育・育成
■顧客へのヒアリング、提案
■サプライヤー管理（発注、価格調整、納期調整）、新規サプライヤー開拓
応募資格：
【必要条件】
■製造業または商社（同業種）でのマネジメント経験
■主体的に考え、計画し行動できる方
■日常会話レベルの英語力
