Position:                   QA/QC Manager

Salary:                       40,000 – 50,000 THB / month

Welfares:                   Bonus, PVF, Housing, COLA, and others                    

Location:                    Sriracha, Chonburi

Working Day:              Working days are Monday to Saturday during the probation period, and one Saturday per month after passing probation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures specific to packing processes.

• Monitor and inspect raw materials, packaging lines, and finished goods.

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and procurement teams to resolve quality-related concerns.

• Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance reports.

• Train and supervise QC staff to ensure consistent quality practices.

• Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding quality standards and feedback.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other relevant certifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in QC or QA within manufacturing, preferably packaging.

• Strong knowledge of quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

• Familiarity with statistical process control and inspection tools.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Able to work Monday to Saturday during the probation period.
