Job Description
Our client is world leading's Automotive Manufacturing, we are now looking for potential candidate for;
Position: Production Assistant Manager
Location: Eastern Area
Salary: 40,000-60,000 THB
Working day: Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
Strong in Assenbly process and understanding drawing.
Set up and control KPI of department.
Develop skill of subordinate (OJT)
Control production activities as planned to meet customers' requests
Improve quality, productivity & Safety at workplace
Cooperate and coordinate with related section to meet Corporate goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Engineering related field.
Experience in people management in Automotive Manufacturing at least 5 years.
Document control, have a good problem solving skill, strong leadership and able to work with team.
