下記業務をお任せします。
■地域営業の統括：アジア太平洋における営業戦略の策定と実行。グローバル目標と各国市場の動向を踏まえた戦略立案。
■エグゼクティブチームのマネジメント：各国MDの指導・育成。組織文化の醸成。
■P&L管理：地域営業部門の損益管理。収益成長、利益率の最適化、コスト管理。
■戦略的市場拡大の推進：市場参入戦略の策定、長期的なパートナーシップ構築によるマーケットシェアの獲得。
■経営層との連携：グローバル経営チームの一員として、CEOや他役員と連携。日本との連携。
■ガバナンスおよびリスク管理：各国市場における法令、規制の遵守を徹底。
応募要件
必須条件
■家電、電子機器、FMCG業界における、管理職経験をお持ちの方（1か国だけでなく複数国であれば尚可）
■P/L管理のご経験をお持ちの方
■外国人MDを管理する英語力をお持ちの方
