仕事内容：
- プロジェクトを推進するために、チームメンバーとして様々なプロジェクトに参加
- クライアントの営業関連業務の現状（As-Is）を可視化する責任を担う
- ビジネス部門およびIT部門と連携し、インタビューを通じて業務・システムプロセスを把握し、ワークフロー図やシステムマップに落とし込む
- 可視化された業務の現状情報を維持するためのプロセスやルールの設計・導入
応募要件：
- ITプロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネージャーまたはビジネスアナリストとしての経験
- ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語力
- 高いコミュニケーション能力と対人スキルを持ち、部門横断的なチームと効果的に連携し、複雑な情報をステークホルダーに分かりやすく伝える能力
- 高負荷の状況でも論理的に思考できる方
