グローバルに展開する大手日系ITコンサルファームのシンガポールオフィスにて、金融業界向けのチームでシニアコンサルタントからアシスタントマネジャークラスの方を募集しております。
職務内容
ビジネス要件の分析活動をリードし、関係者との要件定義・調整を円滑に推進する。
プロジェクトの進捗状況に応じて、進捗管理、課題管理、リスク対応などのプロジェクトマネジメント業務を遂行する。
顧客、チャネル、支店システム間で使用されている既存のデータフォーマットを精査・分析する。
RH2Hサービスにおける新たなデータフォーマットおよびロジック（例：データマッピング、バリデーションルール）を設計し、社内関連部署、システムオーナー（本社・支店）、支店業務部門などのステークホルダーと連携して実装を推進する。
開発および品質保証（QA）フェーズにおいて、設計資料の作成や要件の明確化を通じて技術チームを支援する。
ユーザー受け入れテスト（UAT）を支援し、テスト計画・実施・結果のレビューを行う。
システム改善計画の進捗を管理し、改善提案やフィードバックを提供する。
システム変更に伴う影響分析を実施し、顧客データの移行計画を策定・実行する
- 5〜8年程度のIT領域でプロジェクトマネジメントまたはコンサルタントとしての経験、特に顧客の銀行システム関連プロジェクトへの参画・支援経験があることが望ましい。
銀行業界、特に決済業務またはトランザクションバンキング領域におけるビジネスアナリストまたはコンサルタントとしての経験。
MT101、MT103、pain.001などの決済データフォーマットに関する深い理解。
コミュニケーション、ファシリテーション、課題解決、ドキュメンテーション（Microsoft ExcelおよびPowerPointを使用）など、高いコンサルティングスキルを有すること。
日本のステークホルダーおよびクライアントとの連携が必要となるため、英語および日本語におけるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力
