【業務内容】
電気製品（インバーター、制御機器、電源ユニット等）の製造ラインの運営・管理
生産計画の立案と進捗管理、納期遵守のための調整
ローカルスタッフの指導・育成、安全管理、工程改善
品質部門・調達部門・エンジニアリング部門との連携による製造最適化
【応募要項】
電気電子工学のバックグラウンド、または電気回路設計の経験
工場長、製造ライン責任者、電気設計部門のマネジメント経験
英語ビジネスレベル
