- Ensure smooth operation of production lines by conducting root cause analysis of line stoppages and implementing effective solutions.
- Possess strong technical knowledge of PLC programming, including troubleshooting and minor modifications.
- Proficient in Fanuc and Mitsubishi software for equipment troubleshooting.
- Skilled in AutoCAD for preparing technical drawings and specifications independently.
- Manage tool life and spare parts, including maintaining appropriate reordering levels.
- Familiar with SAP for regular production-related data entry and management.
- Capable of delivering effective shop floor training to team members.
- Experienced in working with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and handling customer audits.
- Promote a Quality Circle mindset and foster team-building initiatives.
- Proficient in MS Office applications for documentation and reporting.
- Aware of safety protocols, including near-miss reporting, KYT (Kiken Yochi Training), and hazard identification.
- Proactive in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction levels.
