• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure reliability and performance of integrations between databases and the SF ecosystem
• Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders and system architects to gather integration understanding and translate it into test cases
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues regarding Salesforce implementation with internal teams and escalate to SF as needed.  
• Work with database teams and other systems teams to help with integration with SF tools.  
• Implement a comprehensive testing strategy to maintain standards for software quality and user experience.  
• Develop and maintain a CI/CD pipeline for automated deployment of Salesforce changes, ensuring fast and reliable updates.  
• Optimize Salesforce configuration and integration to improve performance and scalability of Rakuten's solutions.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of your mobile applications to ensure they meet user expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes, monitoring, and system reliability to support Rakuten's innovation.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, Docker, etc. Strong understanding of test automation, integration testing and cloud technologies.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in software testing and DevOps practices, with 1-2 years of work experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ability to manage and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A solid understanding of software development, systems integration, and cloud technologies
• Strategic thinking and planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Recommended Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator qualification, PD certification preferred
• Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with API integration with legacy systems

• Language requirements : Business level Japanese (N2) and business level English are required.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in software testing and DevOps practices and with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Ecosystem
• Strong ability to manage and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of software development, systems integration, and cloud technologies
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualification

• Salesforce Admin , PD certification is preferred
• Knowledge of Cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in API integration with Legacy systems

Japanese languages:  Business  level Japanese (N2) and business level English required.
