仕事内容

• チームマネージャーの指示に基づき、印刷関連プロジェクト（印刷物、POSM、ノベルティ、デザイン）の管理・実行。
• 提案書、見積書、請求書などの各種ビジネス文書の作成。
• 関係者やサプライヤーとの調整によるスムーズなプロジェクト遂行。
• プロジェクトシートやデータベースの管理。
• 全てのプロジェクトにおけるコスト削減および粗利改善の推進。

Job Opportunity: Account Executive

Job Description

• Manage and execute print-related projects (Print, POSM, Novelty items, Design) assigned by the team manager.
• Prepare business documents including proposals, quotations, and invoices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain project sheets and databases.
• Drive cost reduction and gross profit (GP) improvement for all projects.

• クライアント／アカウントマネジメントの経験。
• 複数の制作分野におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験。
• 印刷物制作やディスプレイ什器に関する基礎知識。
• デザインやアートに関する基本的な理解。

• Strong international sensibility; a good cultural fit for a multinational environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in client/account management.
• Project management experience across multiple production types.
• Basic knowledge of print production and display fixtures.
• Basic understanding of design and art
