Description
Own all aspects of Amazon 3P operations, including product setup, content, inventory, and pricing.
Manage and optimize Seller Central and FBA processes.
Launch new brands and transition existing ones to the 3P model on Amazon Japan.
Develop and execute promotion and advertising plans aligned with brand strategy.
Track KPIs like Buy Box %, delivery times, and stock coverage to ensure peak performance.
Collaborate with the advertising agency to drive ROI-focused campaigns.
Work cross-functionally with logistics, content, digital marketing, and product teams.
Use tools like Profitero and other automation platforms for analysis and optimization.
Ensure ongoing compliance with Amazon's evolving policies and best practices.

Must-Have Experience & Skills
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Amazon 3P as a brand or manufacturer.
Proven success launching or transitioning brands on Amazon 3P.
Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA logistics.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Fluent level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proactive, independent, and capable of problem-solving with a growth mindset.
Entrepreneurial spirit with an eagerness to learn and innovate.
Excellent time management, planning, and follow-through.
Familiarity with digital marketing or broader eCommerce platforms is a plus.
