職務内容
- データセンター内のIT通信機器の設置、配線、管理作業
- 運用ルールに基づく監視・点検、入退室管理、CCTVモニタリングなどのセキュリティ業務
- インシデント・リクエストチケットの対応と他部署との連携
- サーバー／ネットワーク機器のハードウェア障害対応およびアップグレード
- 遠隔拠点での基本的な機器対応
