• IT戦略全体の立案／ITグランドデザイン、方針実行支援（エンタープライズアーキテクチャ、IT投資計画、デジタル・クラウド戦略 など）

• ITオペレーティングモデル変革計画の立案および実行支援

• DXに向けたIT組織改革・人材育成計画の策定および実行支援

・ Comprehensive IT strategy planning/IT grand design, support for policy execution (enterprise architecture, IT investment plan, digital & cloud strategy, etc.)

・ IT operating model transformation plan planning and execution support

・ Support for the formulation and implementation of IT organizational reform and human resource development plans for DX

3年以上の◆望ましい経験・スキル：コンサルティング業務、カスタムシステム、モバイルアプリ、クラウド導入の経験、製造業・流通業界におけるグローバルな環境での就業経験
・対外的なプレゼンテーションスキル（資料作成、コミュニケーション）
・チームマネジメントスキル

プロジェクトに応じて、さまざまなツールや手法を使用しています。

3 years◆Desirable experience, skills , consulting work, custom systems, mobile apps, cloud implementation experience , work experience in a global environment in the manufacturing and distribution industries

・External presentation skills (documentation, communication)

・Team management skills
