■職務内容

• 担当アカウントのプレイングマネージャー
• シンガポール本社やPMGリージョン担当者と連携し、リージョン依頼の業務等の対応
• プリントマネジメントサービスの業務をメインに担当（サプライヤーコミュニケーション、クライアントコミュニケーション）
• クライアント社内への営業（提案）
• サプライヤー開拓および交渉

■ Job Description

• Serve as a hands-on manager for assigned client accounts
• Collaborate with the Singapore headquarters and regional PMG contacts to manage regional assignments
• Manage operations mainly related to print management services (supplier communication, client communication)
• Conduct client-facing sales activities (proposal-based)
• Develop and negotiate with new suppliers

• 数字に強く、営業実績や各種パフォーマンス指標を管理できる方
• プロジェクトマネジメントおよび社内調整の経験・スキルを有する方

• ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション能力

■ Candidate Requirements

Must:

• Strong international sensibility and a good cultural fit for a multinational work environment
  (positive, respectful, and able to work flatly with others; hierarchical or rigid mindsets typical in traditional Japanese corporate culture are not a fit)
• Comfortable with numbers; able to manage sales and other performance indicators
• Experienced and skilled in project management and internal coordination
• Motivated to grow both the company and themselves
• Business-level English communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in client/account management
• Experience in project management (across various types of production)
• Basic knowledge of print production and display fixtures
• Experience creating estimates and invoices
• Experience in price negotiation
