職務内容
- 給与計算・労務関連業務におけるアウトソース先との連携、計算結果のチェックおよび修正指示
- 勤怠管理プロセスの運用・精査、給与計算への正確な反映の確保
- HRISを活用した人事データ管理・更新および人事手続き全般
- 採用業務全般（面接調整、HRIS活用によるプロセス運用）
- HR関連の改善アクションやプロジェクトへの参画
