DevOpsテスター/DevOps Tester/ソフトウェア開発、Salesforce、品質保証

• データベースとSFエコシステム間の統合の信頼性とパフォーマンスを確保するため、自動化されたテストスクリプトの開発と維持
• ビジネスアナリスト、ステークホルダー、システムアーキテクトと密接に協力し、統合の理解を収集し、テストケースに変換する
• Salesforce実装に関する技術的な問題を内部チームでトラブルシューティングし解決し、必要に応じてSFに報告する。  
• データベースチームや他のシステムチームと協力し、SFツールとの統合を支援する。  
• ソフトウェアの品質とユーザー体験の基準を維持するため、包括的なテスト戦略を実施する。  
• Salesforceの変更を自動展開するためのCI/CDパイプラインを開発・維持し、迅速かつ信頼性の高い更新を保証する。  
• Rakutenのソリューションのパフォーマンスとスケーラビリティを向上させるため、Salesforceの構成と統合を最適化する。
• モバイルアプリケーションのパフォーマンスを継続的に監視および最適化し、ユーザーの期待に応えることを保証する。
• 楽天のイノベーションをサポートするため、導入プロセス、モニタリング、システムの信頼性の継続的な改善を推進する。
• Jenkins、Bamboo、Docker などの自動化フレームワークおよび CI/CD ツールに精通していること。テストの自動化、統合テスト、クラウド技術について深い理解があること。
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure the reliability and performance of integration between Databases and SF Ecosystem
• Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and system architects to gather integration understanding  and transform them into Test Cases
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations within internal team and raise with SF if required.
• Work with database and other system team to help and support the integration with SF tools .
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies to maintain high standards of software quality and user experience.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment of Salesforce changes, ensuring quick and reliable updates.
• Optimize Salesforce configurations and integrations to improve performance and scalability for Rakuten's solutions.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of mobile applications to ensure they meet user expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes, monitoring, and system reliability to support innovation.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, and Docker. Strong understanding of test automation, integration testing, and cloud technologies

• ソフトウェアテストとDevOps実践における最低3～4年の経験、およびSalesforceエコシステムにおける1～2年の実務経験
• 技術的および非技術的なステークホルダーとの管理とコミュニケーション能力
• ソフトウェア開発、システム統合、クラウド技術に関する堅固な理解
• 戦略的思考と計画立案能力
• 高速でダイナミックな環境で複数の優先事項を管理する能力

• 推奨資格

• Salesforce管理者資格、PD認定が望ましい
• AWS、Azure、Google Cloud Platformなどのクラウド環境に関する知識
• レガシーシステムとのAPI統合経験

• 言語要件:  ビジネスレベルの日本語（N2）とビジネスレベルの英語が必須。

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in software testing and DevOps practices and with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Ecosystem

• Strong ability to manage and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of software development, systems integration, and cloud technologies
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualification

• Salesforce Admin , PD certification is preferred
• Knowledge of Cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in API integration with Legacy systems

Japanese languages:  Business level Japanese (N2) and business level English required.
