• The logistics consultant will plan, design, and implement operational strategies to improve clients' supply chain management, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Analyze company data, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations regarding processes, technology, and equipment.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and create customized solutions to achieve their goals.
• Achieve project objectives by delivering accelerated and sustainable improvements in cash, resilience, and growth in procurement, logistics, operations, and data analytics.
• Logistics consultants are responsible for designing and implementing operational strategies to enhance customer supply chain management, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• They analyze company data, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for process, technology, and equipment.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and create customized solutions to achieve their goals.

経営学、サプライチェーン、工学、ロジスティクス、オペレーションズマネジメント、ビジネス、または関連分野の学士号。
PMP資格取得要件を満たすこと。
10年以上のサプライチェーンおよびロジスティクス経験。
サプライチェーン課題解決のためのシステム・プロセス・ツールの設計・導入、ならびに戦略策定・実行の直接経験。
コンサルティング会社での勤務経験。例：複数輸送形態（TL、LTL、化学品輸送）のバックグラウンド。
複雑な契約実行のリーダーシップ経験。
複雑なビジネス課題の解決能力、変化する顧客ニーズへの迅速な適応力、複数プロジェクトの同時管理能力。
ペースの速い環境で働ける方。
自発性と積極性を持ち、細部まで注意を払えること。
強力な交渉力・影響力、優れたファシリテーションスキル
言語：日本語は流暢レベル、英語はビジネスレベル

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• PMP Eligibility Plus.
• 10+ years of supply chain and logistics experience.
• Direct experience in the design and implementation of systems, processes, and tools to address supply chain challenges, as well as strategy development and implementation.
• Work experience at a consulting firm. e.g. Background in multiple forms of transportation (TL, LTL, chemical transport).
• Experience leading the execution of complex contracts.
• Ability to solve complex business challenges, adapt quickly to changing customer needs, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Those who can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a sense of initiative, be proactive, and pay attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and influence, excellent facilitation skills
