・倉庫全体の運営・管理
・現地外国人スタッフのマネジメント（採用・教育・評価）
・作業効率・品質・安全性の向上施策の立案と実行 ・日本本社との連携・報告業務
・KPI管理および改善活動の推進
・短期出張など

■倉庫管理または物流業務の実務経験
■チームマネジメント経験（多国籍チームであれば尚可）
