????️ Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs and ensure tender submissions align with client expectations.
• Evaluate and recommend construction contract awards.
• Participate in site and consultant meetings, collaborating with clients, architects, and consultants.
• Support the Project Manager in all contractual and cost-related matters.
• Prepare valuations, manage contract variations, process claims, and monitor project cash flow.
• Verify and process subcontractor/supplier claims and prepare payment certificates.
• Submit monthly payment claims to project owners.
• Review and revise contract terms as needed.
• Call for quotations and compile tender documents.
• Evaluate tender submissions and conduct clarification processes.

• Attend tender interviews when required.

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the construction or built environment sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure.
